Each year, either Porto San Rocco in Muggia or Portopiccolo in Duino Aurisina hosts a celebration of the region’s beloved malvasia grape. 

This evening festival showcases wines from across the Karst plateau and its dramatic coastal cliffs, bringing together winemakers and wine lovers for a night of music, tasting, and culinary exploration. The spotlight shines particularly bright on the creative pairing of local seafood dishes with the area’s diverse malvasia wines.
